        Nýbýli reist 1969 í landi Móbergs, Féll nýbýlinu hálft land jarðarinnar. Íbúðarhús stendur í norðu jaðri túnamiðsvæðis milli Blöndu og brattrar fjallshlíðar, Sagnir og örnefni sýna að tvö smábýlihafa verið á þessum slóðum, Kjóavellir ofar en Gullkró neðar, við Blöndu. Fjárhús yfir 600 fjár eru á eyðibýlinu Glaumbæ sem er utar í dalnum. Íbúðarhús byggt 1969 445 m3 og hálft íbúðarhús á Móbergi 236 m3 byggt 1927. Fjós fyrir 12 gripi. Fjárhús fyrir 200 fjár, hlaða 738 m3. Tún 21,1 ha. Veiðiréttur í Blöndu. Seinna var þar svínabú.
