Steinadalsheiði er heiði á milli Gilsfjarðar og Kollafjarðar á Ströndum, milli bæjanna Gilsfjarðarbrekku og Steinadals. Við Heiðarvatn á miðri heiðinni eru mót þriggja sýslna - Strandasýslu, Austur-Barðastrandasýslu og Dalasýslu.
Sumarvegur liggur um Steinadalsheiði, sem hefur nú vegnúmerið 690 (var númer 69 fram til 1994). Á árunum 1933-48 var sá vegur aðalleiðin milli Hólmavíkur og annarra landshluta. Akvegurinn norður Strandir leysti hann af hólmi þegar hann var tekinn í notkun árið 1948.
