Biographical history
Kristófer Guðmundur Árnason fæddist á Kringlu í Torfalækjarhreppi, A-Húnavatnssýslu, hinn 31. janúar 1916. Hann lést á Heilbrigðisstofnuninni á Blönduósi hinn 10. maí síðastliðinn. Kristófer lauk barna- og unglingaskólanámi og fór síðan að vinna ýmis störf til sjós og lands. Lengst af bjó hann á Skagaströnd og var þar verkstjóri í Rækjuvinnslunni í mörg ár. Hann fluttist til Blönduóss 1984.
Útför Kristófers fór fram frá Blönduóskirkju 20. maí.
