Byggður fyrst 1901 (eldra húsið). Vísast í afmælisrit skólans um byggingasögu þess. Yngra húsið er teiknað af Einar Ingiberg Erlendssyni 15. okt. 1883 - 24. maí 1968. Húsbóndi í Reykjavík 1910. Byggingameistari í Skólastræti 5 b, Reykjavík 1930. Fyrsta steinsteypta húsið sem hann teiknar.
